We are located at the northern tip of the Vendicari nature reserve, at sea level and only 300 m from the beach.
The main house is located directly on the path to the beach and opens onto the garden with a view of the greenery via a spacious, covered veranda. Here you book one of three accommodation units: A bedroom-living room for up to 5 people (1 large double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed 1.40 wide) with its own complete bathroom. A second accommodation unit with private bathroom can be booked if necessary ("Vivi-Vendicari Mezzogiorno"). The third accommodation unit is temporarily used privately.
The spacious outdoor shower is ideal for showering after a visit to the beach.
The large veranda can be used communally and the chairs and tables can be arranged for individual use.
You can cook in the cottage opposite. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas and electric cooker, oven, fridge, kettle and dining area. There is an osmosis water dispenser and a bread maker.  So you don't need to buy plastic bottles or drive to fetch bread in the morning. For sitting outside in the evening, there is a terrace in front of the kitchen with the possibility of a barbecue. The large veranda with a wide view of the garden is also a great place to sit and eat.
Behind the kitchen house there is a shed with washing machine and clothes horse.  Parking is in the paved yard behind.
On the large fenced plot we have grown vines and enriched the olive grove with various fruit trees. My guests are welcome to move around freely on the whole area, sit in the shade, set up a sun lounger or swing in a hammock.
We cultivate the garden in a regenerative-ecological way. Next to the kitchen and in the lower area of the large veranda, I have grown vegetables in spring/early summer, which you are welcome to harvest for cooking if you know of them. Herbs such as sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, marjoram, savory, parsley, lemon balm and mint should be plentiful for all guests. The garden is automatically watered except for the potted plants. Once a week a gardener comes (advance notice by us) for about one hour of care.
